With Healthier SG, Singaporeans will have:

As a Healthier SG clinic, we will will work with you to develop a personalised health plan. Based on your profile, you will be encouraged to go for nationally recommended health screenings and vaccinations.

After you have enrolled as a patient with our clinic, please call us at 64588596 to arrange an appointment to discuss your health plan. Healthier SG consultations at our clinic are strictly by appointment only.

Residents aged 40 years and above who are already following up with us for the care of their chronic condition(s) can enroll with us as well. Please contact us for assistance with enrolment if you have not been pre-enrolled with us yet.
